Agreement to Terms: By placing an order on this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Sale. If you do not agree, please do not complete your purchase.
Products: Placemats are cut to size from our inventory of PVC-coated mesh fabric. Because each piece is cut to order, slight variations in color, texture, or edge finish between batches may occur and do not constitute a defect.
Pricing & Payment: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are due in full at the time of invoice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by a pricing error before it ships.
Order Processing & Shipping: Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Shipping times and costs will be provided at invoice. Phone orders over 2,000 placemats can be shipped using your preferred carrier and charge your account, if preferred, just let us know at time of order
Returns & Refunds: Returns are accepted subject to our Return Policy, summarized here:
1. Customers must contact us before sending any item back; unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
2. Full refund if the sealed bag is unopened.
3. A restocking fee applies if the bag has been opened.
4. No refund once the placemat has been used.
Custom Order Cancellations: Because items are cut to size, orders cannot be canceled or modified once cutting has begun. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the item in question.
Intellectual Property: All content on this website — text, images, and product descriptions — is the property of Acadian Industrial Textiles and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Governing Laws: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
